During a two week introductory placement with ABLEOTUK, first year OT students Nicole Ashcroft and Emily Blachford (supervised by Kirsty Stanley) interviewed a number of OTs about their experiences of requesting reasonable adjustments.
They then delivered a presentation at the RCOT AbleOT Expert Advisory Group Meeting on 15 June 2026 attended by RCOT CEO Gary Waltham. They will deliver this again as part of our 5th Anniversary celebration event on 27th July 2026. We hope that the resources below open up discussions about this important topic.
